In this instance, we leveraged both to assist an environmental cleaning company in identifying missing revenue opportunities, commonly referred to as Contract Compliance.
We approached the engagement by first reviewing the equipment, labor, and materials that were eligible for billing by the asset owner's contact.
Next, we analyzed the work tickets associated with five specific sites where services were being provided for the asset owner. Recognizing the importance of field-level insights, we prioritized site visits to understand the actual operations.
During these visits, we met with local branch leadership to gain a ground-level perspective of the workflow and the ticket processing methods.
Armed with contract information, billing history, field feedback, and our industry expertise, we compiled a report that outlined the additional revenue opportunities identified by site. The analysis revealed that this particular contact was being underbilled by 5% to 12%, per site depending on how local management operated.
Identifying these revenue opportunities was just the first step. We then reconvened with local leaders to understand how adding additional equipment, materials, or labor would impact existing relationships and commitments. The next phase involved creating ticket templates that would allow for the inclusion of missing items in the billing process. To achieve immediate results, we integrated these templates into the existing paper ticket process.
The outcome
Our TruView Ops deployment will enable automated ticket creation, equipment and labor management, as well as scheduling and dispatch.
This strategic approach not only addresses Contract Compliance but also enhances operational efficiency, positioning the company for sustained growth.
